Notebook / Common Sea Buckthorn

Baltic sandy coast with its sand dunes – the work of the wind – is home to many plants with astonishing natural properties. While lying on the beach and looking towards the murmuring sea you should keep in mind that just behind you grows the blue lettuce you can use to treat insomnia or the common sea buckthorn which air-dried leaves you can use to make hot and tasty herbal infusion.
